ACCESS TO PT SUPPORT

A personal trainer supports you through your fitness journey. Together you come up with a personalized training program, have regular follow-ups where you get nutritional advice, body analysis and knowledgeable support.

A PT is always available to help you during your workout, and you'll receive monthly meetings with Boosts personal trainers that will guide you towards your goals.

BODY ANALYSIS

Body analysis is carried out with the Inbody 770 scale, which sees how the body feels on the inside. Sometimes the results from training are not visible on a normal scale and with our body analysis, you can see how the balance is in the body.

When having your monthly check-up, you will get to do a body analysis to see how the inside is doing and how your progress is going. This is optional but recommended if you have specific goals with your training.
